Honey Bees Wraparound Care is run directly by experienced school staff who already know your children well, ensuring a warm, familiar and safe environment where they can start and end their school day happily.

Session Times & Pricing

Breakfast Club Session

• Time: 7:30 am to 8:45 am (when classroom registration opens)

• Price: £7.50 per session

• What’s Included: A nutritious breakfast including a selection of cereals, toast and drinks to give your child the best start to their day.

• Time: 3:15 pm to 4:30 pm
• Price: £7.50 per session
• What’s Included: A selection of drinks and a healthy snack, alongside structured activities and supervised free play.

• Time: 3.15pm to 5.30 pm

• Price: £14.00 per session 

• What’s included: All the fun of an early session, extended until 5.30pm!

• Time: 4.15pm to 5.30pm

•  Price: £7.50 per session
•  What's Included: Wraparound care following one of our extra-curricular school clubs.  

How to Book

All regular bookings for Honey Bees must be made and paid for in advance. Bookings will be managed entirely through the MCAS (MyChildAtSchool) app under the ‘Clubs’ section.  Please ensure you select and pay for the correct timings you require as we may not be able to make amendments on the day.

Please note that we have a strict limit on capacity to ensure safe staff-to-child ratios. The maximum number of children we can accommodate per session is 30 and bookings will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Standard Bookings: All regular bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance. 

Long-Term Planning: For your peace of mind, you are welcome to secure your sessions weeks or even months in advance. 

Flexible and Last-Minute Bookings

We understand that family life can be busy and unpredictable and we want to make managing your child’s care as smooth and flexible as possible. 

Ad-Hoc Care: We warmly welcome ad-hoc bookings to support families who need occasional, flexible childcare. These bookings are always subject to availability.

Emergency/Last-Minute Needs: Parents are unable to make last minute bookings via the MCAS app.  If you find yourself in need of unexpected, last-minute childcare, please contact the school office directly. Bookings are strictly subject to availability.

Cancellations and Refunds

We appreciate that plans can change. If you need to cancel a booking, please keep the following policy in mind:

• 48-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all cancellations.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations, make booking adjustments, or provide refunds for any sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice.
• How to Cancel: Please submit all cancellations directly via the MCAS app.
